Atlanta Limousine company for my next special event? The first thing you need to do is to make sure your limousine
company is properly licensed and insured. The best way to find the names and addresses of qualified companies is to look on the Georgia
Public Service Commission website. This webpage list every limousine company that is properly licensed and insured to operate in the State
of Georgia. You should not use any company that does not appear on this list:
Georgia Department of Transportation website. You want to make sure the limousine company has proper license & insurance in case you
have an accident.
To get the best Atlanta Limousine, you need to have a few important pieces of information available: the date and time

The most popular Atlanta Limousines are the following: ten passenger Stretch Lincoln, 12 passenger Chrysler 300,
SUV limousines and the Super Stretch Hummers. Make sure you reserve your Atlanta Limousine, at least two weeks in advance. Most limousines are reserved
within the same week of using them. If you plan ahead 2-3 weeks, you should be able to reserve the car you want. The only exception to this rule is if you are arranging
transportation for a major event day such as a football game or major concert. If so, you should reserve 2-3 months in advance.

a credit card to guarantee your reservation and take a deposit. Your credit card also guarantees the company against any damage that might

When you price your next Atlanta Limousine, make sure you understand the total cost of your charter. Most companies
have a base price for their services. Then they add sales tax, fuel and tip to this base price and anything else they can. This base
price is the price limousine companies quoted over the phone. Many companies do not specify the extra charges that are routinely added.
They usually add 6-7% sales tax, and a 20% tip to the bill at the end of the night. Some companies also add a fuel surcharge of 6-8%.
So, every time you receive an Atlanta Limousine quote, be sure to ask - Is that my total price? Many companies only give
you the base price and failed to tell you about the extra charges for tax, tip or fuel.
Be sure to ask about their Atlanta Limousine, cancellation policy, late return fees, and alcohol policy. We allow our

Atlanta Prom Limousine season starts March 1 and continues through May 31 in Georgia. This is the busiest time of year for all
limousine companies. Every school in the Metro Atlanta area will have a prom for their Juniors & Seniors. There are over 100 high
schools trying to schedule their proms on one of the Saturdays in this 3 month period. But, there are only 12 Saturday’s in prom season.
This makes competition for a venue and an Atlanta Prom Limousine very competition. This high demand drives up the prices for all
associated products services. The more proms occurring on a Saturday, the higher the limousines prices go.
Here are some tips on how to get your Atlanta Prom Limousine at the best price. Start early. Talk with all your friends at school
and determine how many people want to go to the prom together. The more friends you get to go, the more you can spread the cost of the
Atlanta Prom Limousine. Most prom arrangements do not get done early. Usually, one of the students or a parent have to step up and
take charge to get the reservation completed. It is extremely difficult to get a decision from teenager and sometimes it is hard to
collect the money necessary for a deposit.
Every year there is always groups of disappointed teenagers and parents. They thought they could reserve an Atlanta Prom Limousine

Make sure all students have been informed of the company’s alcohol policy. It is illegal for teenager to drink.
Atlanta Prom Limousine company will loose their license if alcohol is found in the limo. Most companies will stop the charter
immediately and return the students to their original pickup spot if any alcohol is found during the charter. And, they will not return
any deposits or payments. The driver and company could loose their license and insurance if any student is found to be drinking alcohol.
