Atlanta Prom Limousine| How do I reserve my Atlanta Prom Limousine?

Atlanta Prom Limousine season starts March 1 and continues through May 31 in Georgia. This is the busiest time of year for all
limousine companies. Every school in the Metro Atlanta area will have a prom for their Juniors & Seniors. There are over 100 high
schools trying to schedule their proms on one of the Saturdays in this 3 month period. But, there are only 12 Saturday’s in prom season.
This makes competition for a venue and an Atlanta Prom Limousine very competition. This high demand drives up the prices for all
associated products services. The more proms occurring on a Saturday, the higher the limousines prices go.
Here are some tips on how to get your Atlanta Prom Limousine at the best price. Start early. Talk with all your friends at school
and determine how many people want to go to the prom together. The more friends you get to go, the more you can spread the cost of the
Atlanta Prom Limousine. Most prom arrangements do not get done early. Usually, one of the students or a parent have to step up and
take charge to get the reservation completed. It is extremely difficult to get a decision from teenager and sometimes it is hard to
collect the money necessary for a deposit.

Every year there is always groups of disappointed teenagers and parents. They thought they could reserve an Atlanta Prom Limousine
when they wanted. Atlanta Prom Limousines are limited. There is a fixed number available. So, reserve early and get a contract
from the company you choose.
Atlanta Prom Limousine must be reserved with a cash deposit or credit deposit. Deposits range from 20_50% down when you reserve
your Prom chariot and the balance due when the driver arrives. One of the parents must voluntaire to be responsible for the transaction.
One person must be willing to use their personal credit card to place a 20%-50% deposit down to reserve the Atlanta Prom Limousine
of your choice. They are also responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by the passengers.
Party Buses Up To 30 Passengers!
Sometimes you can save some money if you start calling early in January. The Atlanta Prom Limousine companies have not set prices
yet and you might be able to secure your limousine at last year’s price. I suggest you get one-half of the money in January and the
balance one week before prom night.
Here are some questions you should ask the limousine companies:
Are you licensed by the Georgia Public Safety Commission?
What limousine vehicles do you have available?
How many people will they carry?
What are your prices for the number of hours you need?
Are additional hours pro-rated if more time is needed?
What is the amount of deposit you require?
Is the deposit refundable if we change our mind?
When is the balance due?
What is your alcohol policy?
What is included in your price?
Is that my total price for my Atlanta Prom Limousine?
Will I receive a contract?
Make sure all students have been informed of the company’s alcohol policy. It is illegal for teenager to drink.
Atlanta Prom Limousine company will loose their license if alcohol is found in the limo. Most companies will stop the charter
immediately and return the students to their original pickup spot if any alcohol is found during the charter. And, they will not return
any deposits or payments. The driver and company could loose their license and insurance if any student is found to be drinking alcohol.

Atlanta Wedding Limousines are available throughout the year. Most weddings are held in May, June and July. I guess most lovers are graduating from school or summer is an
easiest time of the year to move and rearrange things. They can also enjoy the summer time warm weather on their honeymoon. Cute bikinis and warm sand always insure a happy
groom. Most weddings occur on Saturdays so you have whole day for getting everything ready. This makes wedding venues and services very competitive for Saturdays. This high
demand can drive up the prices and decrease availability.
Here are some tips on how to get your Atlanta Wedding Limousine. Make your plans early and determine how many people will be attending. A wedding planner is a very good
idea to help you get every detail correct and take the load and responsibility off your shoulders. If you move guests around from place to place, you will need to provide
bus or mini-bus service to get them to the place you want at the correct time.
Most wedding service companies require a 20%-50% deposit and the balance before services are provided. Atlanta Wedding Limousine companies are the same way. They will
need a credit card deposit to reserve your transportation and guarantee the vehicle against damage.
Atlanta Wedding Limousines companies do 2/3s of their business on Friday and Saturday nights. If your wedding is on Friday or Saturday, you are competing for limousine
services with every other event occurring that evening. Because there is more people wanting to charter Atlanta Limousine Services, companies usually require four hours
minimum rentals on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Most wedding do not need four hours. They usually just want a limousine from the reception to hotel: about one hour. Brides don’t understand when Atlanta Wedding Limousine
Companies we not hire out for just one hour. They can not afford to miss the 4 hour charter to do a one hour pickup and drop to the hotel.
What is a Bride or Groom to do? Try to schedule your wedding anytime other than Friday or Saturday night after 6:00 pm. We can provide pickup and drop service Saturday
afternoons and all day Sunday for $169, including Free champagne and soft-drinks.
